Question Hosting Plan or Reseller?

Hello! I like what I've read here and am trying to decide how to order. I plan to design small e-commerce sites for clients and it looks like becoming a reseller would be advantageous. However, I need to know how much support is available to resellers. My fear is that a client would have a problem and I wouldn't know how to solve it!

I am not familiar with utlizing shopping carts; I've only used PayPal so far. I'm also fairly newbie to scripts. I hope this doesn't sound ridiculous!

Thanks alot!

Hi Pam,
Welcome to Insiderhosting.com Forums. If ever you don't know the answer to a question, we will always be here to provide that answer for you. You can post the question here on our forum for other resellers to answer, or you can send a message via the helpdesk. Either way, it's in our best interest to see each and every client succeed with their site(s).

We also offer ecommerce scripts with our hosting packages, so all you will need to do is learn to customize it.

Hi Pam,
The differences are 4 fold.
1) disk space
2) bandwidth
3) number of domains you get to host
4) private nameservers (big deal for resellers, as they want to be as anonymous as possible).

Well, I decided to go for the Business Multiple Domains package simply to keep my expenses low until I'm ready to tackle reselling (if I do). I've got to complete the sites I already have before coming up with a design to resell, not to mention read up and feel more comfortable selling hosting plans!

Thank you for the help!
