My domain was working now it is not?

I just transferred my domain about 24 hours ago. It was working for several hours and now it is not and i'm getting this error message on my browser "Directory Listing Denied
This Virtual Directory does not allow contents to be listed."

What gives? Does it just take awhile to take hold? I also experienced the same thing with the email ability.

Please refer to your welcome email, as we state that once you change your domain to point to our nameservers, it can take anywhere from 24-72 hours to fully resolve. That is standard with any hosting provider.
