I am just starting a little query and was wandering what is the fastest technical support reply you have ever gotten. With the exception of Live Support. LOL

Hi Michael,
After reviewing the 2 tickets I've submitted, the fastest response was 14 minutes.

Not sure who the client was, but I think that I once closed a ticket in 2 minutes. Let's see if Michael can do that ;)

7 minutes! Now that's service!! The whole reason I left my old host was there was no customer support. Who cares if you get tons of space for a little money. The way I see it, it's a package dealie. :)

3 or so minutes was the fastest ever for one of my tickets.

I think that the fatest time on of my support questions has been answered was like 4 or 5 minutes.
When I signed up for insiderhosting's reseller plan, I sent an email to sales at about 3:00 AM asking someone to call my toll free number. In less than 30 seconds my phone rang.
That's the record for me, anywhere...

Steven just replied to one of my tickets in 2 minutes. Which is pretty amazing since 1) it wasn't urgent and more of a 'feature request', and 2) it is 3am where he is and 10.00am here.
Last night something more urgent came up and IM support was instant, you can't ask for much better support considering we are on a shared server.
I am always the first to moan and vent my frustration at 'poor customer service' - something I haven't had to do here. So I think its just as important to highlight 'outstanding service'.

i used to work for a webhost's tech support
the setup, network, and staff were horrible
so i know how bad service can be
i rarely submit tickets though unless it's urgent
i think i've submitted only like 2
but they were solved promptly

Well I just signed up for the board, I submited my 1st support ticket awhile ago, and the reponce was there after I signed up for the forum, maybe 2 min ...
can support be so fast it's just not right :(

Less than 5 minutes. Alot better than the host my company uses. Takes them hours or sometimes even days to reply.

I don't remember the exact time, but Tal replied and took care of my request in under a minute once...and less than 2 minutes on a few occasions.
