Backbone Proximity and Server Load

Hi,

How does one determine Internet backbone proximity, and how does IH fair in this regard?

Also, what standard does IH use to determine acceptable server load?

not sure what you mean by internet backbone proximity, do you mean the distance from your computer to our server, or from your computer to your ISP? For server load our acceptable standard is when our load is less than 1-1.5. Anything under 1 is a great server load.
