Diablo (cute read)

Hi Guys and Gals,
While installing a couple of new servers, I knicked the power down button on the diablo server. Didn't realize it till monitoring and helpdesk tickets came in, because it's loud in the dc with the Air Conditioning units. I bet I couldn't do that again, as that little button is maybe 1cm large that I accidentally hit while racking the other servers.. Sorry about that :(

It's been a long day with the family, all the other servers have cover plates so that can't happen. Murphy's Law here.

Hey, CaCa happens......at least we have a webhost who communicates these issues to their clients in a timely manner and in a no-**** manner. No one could ask for more Steve! As I told you via private chat.......your company ruins things for many, MANY businesses with the level of customer service you all provide, it's second to none!!!! And I honestly mean that!

Just don't let it happen again! That's what masking tape was made for! :p ;) :D

I hope you had a good laugh about it, as SmackDaddy said, CaCa happens. Really impressive though that you were so honest about it.
