I was talking to a lawyer today about wills and found out that, legally, a website/domain name is considered personal property. I'm not sure what it would be considered if that is your business...I guess business property?

Just thought it was interesting that you can leave a domain name/website to someone in will.

I think it is also intellectual/business property, having a website which is your business. Interesting to know the legalities of everything. I'll call our lawyer in the morning.
