Thanks for the very professional update regarding the server troubles on Friday.... That was greatly appreciated by many- me included.
As to down time credit- I am not sure I know what that is....(sorry- I am a bit "duh" on these things...) but thanks for the offer.
I would like to emphasize the fact that it only makes insiderhosting more credible in my mind that you take responsibility for errors such as these- and take the time to make your clients feel acknowledged. That means EVERYTHING to webmasters.... And, is an important aspect of customer service that most hosting companies lack.. Good job. insider...
