I originally started using Insider Hosting because I heard their support was awesome, and I was tired of the awful support at my old host. That was probably 5 years ago now, maybe more. I rarely use the help desk, but when I do (like today), I am still very pleased with the quick responses and helpful answers I receive. Just wanted to say you guys are doing a nice job :)
