hi,
I've trying to setup a subdomain MX record to point to Google's email server and find that the "MX Entry Maintenance" page of cPanel on my IH account doesn't want to change it.
This is the setting I'm trying to set:-
Change MX for subdmain.domain.com
Priority: 0
to: ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM.
Then I click "CHANGE"
& this is the message I get back:-
The MX entry for subdmain.domain.com has been changed to ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.COM. (priority 0).
This server will NOT serve as a mail exchanger for subdmain.domain.com's mail.
What does this mean?
Plus should I be using the WHM WebHost panel?
As I've tried doing this way but the only options i've got is [Add a DNS Zone] [Delete a DNS Zone] [Edit Zone Templates] [Park a Domain] and can't see how to do it this way either.
Regards
Adam
