I just want to mention again how very pleased I am with the service and customer support that IH provides its' clients. Each time I have an issue I go right away to Steven (who I'm sure has memorized my ICQ UIN by now!) and it gets resolved. Just recently, I was floored by his generosity over a service ticket I requested and when I asked why, Steven just said because I was an easy customer to work with. I should say that of IH!
