Streaming Audio/Video

If I remember right you guys support streaming video and audio. Is there any documentation on this anywhere, or is it relatively simple to set up?

Second question - do any of the chat room options have the ability to use a webcam with it? We're thinking of setting up private lesson areas, and both these options would help us out.
