New Features Implementation

As many have you have seen, we have added many features to your accounts, all of which will be explained below. The logic behind us trying to release these new feature enhancements, was to get our clients to really look into their control panels and Webhost Managers and test out various functionality. The contest/rollout was a success, but we won't be releasing our new features in this fashion anymore, as we will simply post the information here. We just wanted to stray from the norm once in a while, and add a little fun here.

Without further adieu, here is what we added.
We have added a new control panel theme which we called "newpanel". This new control panel skin/theme adds a lot features that our other skin "ihpanel" was lacking. Development for this newpanel theme is incredible, and the team is always adding new things.

That is the first BIG enhancement that we were looking for in our contest. (Mort is the Winner)

Our next major enhancement was the addition of an anonymous shared ssl certificate for all of our clients to use. We have purchased a certificate for https://secure.elinuxservers.com and you can all use the certificate by using the following syntax https://secure.elinuxservers.com/~username/ replacing username with the username that your account(s) were setup with. (We were actually looking for this answer specifically and no one saw it, so we decided to give everyone who attempted to figure out what we added an extra 500mb of bandwidth)

The other 17 enhancements that we added was the autoinstall script where at the click of a button, you can install the following:

As many of you have also noted, we have added IMAP capability as we have upgraded cpanel. You may now use IMAP to check your email for those of you who prefer that method.

PS A special kudos for the link to install phpbb2....when I teach again in the spring/summer I want to put a bulletin board up and that's the one I was going to use...now its going to be so much easier to set up! :cool:

If you could remove the link to the "Billing Manager" and "Online Helpdesk" I could use this theme for my clients!!! (Since those refer to "Insiderhosting.com")

Or....maybe you could make a "new theme" based on this and just remove those two things......
