What's the quickest a support query has ever been fully resolved for you with IH. Have you ever had better service elsewhere?

And this doesn't include IM, because that's cheating :p

My best is 7 minutes. Don't think many places can beat that!

I can't exactly recall, but I had some single answer questions before the pwh merger...
Didn't take more than 10 minutes, and that wasn't even with helpdesk that was mail, not that mail isn't fast, but... Like... You know... ;)
