Right, I recevied a regular mail where it tells me when the "payment" will be done by Phantasyworks.com
Thing is, one day after I recevied a mail telling me that it has been cancelled. So, I wont have to follow the dates there? I will get a new mail from insiderhosting.com ?

We sent this email yesterday
We would really need your sister to contact us regarding giving you access to the account information. I can totally understand where you are coming from, but our position is the information if very sensitive and we need to be autorized to give it to anyone other than the account holder. If your sister can shoot us off an email, that would be great, but for security reasons and for privacy reasons we cannot divulge any account information to you at this time. We have sent about 3-5 emails to PWH clients. I have copied the last one we sent below, as it is one of the most important:
Dear Clients,
We would like to inform you that the move appears to be a big success. All clients site(s) at this time have been moved to the new server, and you should all see them resolve shortly. I would like to address a couple of concerns that you may have about the transfer from Phantasyworkshosting.com to Insiderhosting.com. All accounts have an IP address of 64.5.44.31.
Billing:
We all know that billing is one of the most important components to running a company. Having said that, we are taking the following approach to billing. We are honoring all existing PWH client packages and prices. We bill on a month to month basis, so if you are on a yearly contract or semi-annual contract, after your term is over, we will bill you monthly. We automatically bill your card every month, so you won't have to worry about anything. We are not charging clients for this month as it is a token of our appreciation to you all. Billing will start on March 1, 2003 and you will be billed on the first of every month. As you know, we have cancelled all recurring 2checkout.com transactions, as we have our own merchant account who we process credit cards with. We will be putting all PWH clients into our own billing system as everything will work out much easier this way. We will put in all the relevant information for you, then only thing you will need to input are your credit card details.
Addon Domains:
This is not a feature that we offer with our packages. We will however activate it for your accounts very soon, since we are honoring the existing PWH packages.
