Steven you reported that the problem is solved, but we still actively see that the websites we host can not be accessed. Check for example, dualvision.com.
Thanks...

Hi Nuno,
Yep, there are 4 resellers who have this same exact issue. We have Cisco on the phone as well.

Diablo is now offline for more than 24hours
You should do something. We are resellers and you have promised us 99,9% uptime
Our customers are very angry with us... They can't open their web sites. They can't access their email accounts...
Diablo should be fixed asap and all clients should be refunded

If anyone is having access issues, please grab me online via instant messenger so we can see what the issue is for you asap.

Hi Steve
Right now i'm at work and the firewall block all instant messenger.
I'm in europe and this morning my access issues are only with http services. Mail and FTP work fine.
Everytime I try access some client website I get or a dns error or the website open but it's to slow.

Hi Steve,
We spoke on IM late last night and nothing has changed. One thing I did notice was that when this first started happening Mark was able to do something and the sites would be available for a "few" minutes, but gradually slowed down again.

I am having issues with my sites as well. I talked to you on IM yesterday and everything got worked out. But it's back again today. I did submit a helpdesk request about 5-10 minutes ago.

Perfect :) We have other clients (2) confirming it works for them. Chele, how are you looking?
-Steven
Steve,
Is possible to give some information about the DDoS attack?
The attack was direct to diablo IP or direct to one domain host in diablo?
thank you!

Hi Nuno,
It's very complex, but yes, I will post it here.

All of my domains seem to be responding consistently now. They were off and on earlier.
Thanks,
Nathan

Diablo seems to be ok after almost 3 days.
I believe that IH should refund all affected customers ;)

So far so good. Things were a little slow this morning and a couple of timeouts on emails. But overall it's been smooth sailing this afternoon.

The slowness has become an issue and I've put in a ticket. And the response I get from the tech is:
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hi,
we see that it's your local prohibition (to make traces at least).
So, please contact your ISP and reopen the ticket if needed.
Thanks

Please help! Sites and email have been slow, but I was so happy when things were back up and running I didn't sweat it. Sites like http://www.ariatravel.com to name one.
