from dotster:
Name Server Update
Each domain name must be associated with a minimum of two name servers (primary and secondary). A domain name may be associated with as many as twelve secondary name servers.
Name servers are typically of the format 'ns1.myhost.com'. Name servers are assigned by your ISP (Internet Service Provider) or Web hosting company.
Do not enter IP addresses in the boxes below.

I'm also coming from PWH and have noticed that my domain is unavailable now; probably due to having no nameserver entry.
I've been looking around on the board and there seems to be a policy of not posting technical data like that, at least on the public side of the forums. I imagine that those of us who need to submit new nameservers for our domain names will receive emails with that information.
Hopefully this will be resolved soon.
Update: Everything was up by the time I got to work. It looks like it was just DNS propagation issues - no need to change the nameservers. This is the best transition I've had so far.

I would imagine you will be receiving the relevent details shortly, if you haven't already.

Hiya Paul,
Our policy is anything that can only be handled by IH staff needs to be submitted via the helpdesk. If you have any questions about things, please by all means post them here.
See, wasn't that transition easy. You guys didn't have to do anything, we took care of everything for you. :)
