Color me confused.......

As a former TechIdentity customer, I received notification regarding the merger. I'm confused about the IP issue. Since my domain is registered with Dotster, do I have to login there and change my DNS info?? The email that I received was rather "muddy" about it. :confused:

Hi k8tee,
What type of account did you have with them, a reseller account, or a regular standard account? If it is a standard account, you won't have to do anything as we have taken care of everything.

Hi Steven and thanks for the quick reply. I have the plain 'ol vanilla shared hosting account so I guess all is ok. I have to say that this has been the most painless transfer I've ever been through. Kudos!! :D :D
