We have been thinking over this idea for a very long time, and we also had a couple clients e-mail us about what I am going to talk about below.
We have implemented a new idea which is simply to restrict access to the Resellers and Multiple Domain Packages forums. We have opted to do this for a plethora of reasons which I will explain. One of the major reasons for this decision was based on a level of anonymity that we would like to provide for our clients especially our resellers. There is a lot of talk of things like nameserver changes, etc that destroys that level of anonymity. Also, with the forums setup this way, it is an added benefit because you can post questions and fellow Insiderhosting.com multiple domain/reseller clients can answer them, since they will in all actuallity know what you are talking about because you use the same software.
We have setup a special usergroup which cannot be seen by anyone other than the staff at Insiderhosting.com. If you are a multiple domain/reseller client and do not have access to that forum, then please submit a helpdesk ticket.
Thank you for taking the time to read this.
