Has anyone found a good online resourse the explains email headers and error messages?

Nothing specific, I just want to learn about it.


On a side issue I have a script called Phorm that carries out the function of Formmail just heaps better in php. I have used it for about a year now. When I set it up on IH I have noticed that the autoresponder to the clent it is adding your spam protection information to the body of the email. This looks a little un professional. The email is in plain text so its a bit of a bummer. I have contacted the developer about this, but no luck yet. I have no problem with having the anti spam info added as it adds value to the service provided. I just don't want it appearing at the start of the body in the email.
