2) What e-commerce facilities can you provide?
3) How long has insiderhosting been around?
4) You mention a shopping cart. Which one?
5) What is the size limit for the SQL database?
6) Do you have relationships with Payment processors?
7) Can you offer a Merchant Account?

1) Over 500 sites, the actual number I do not know offhand.

2) We provide Agora Shopping cart that is setup with one click in your control panel that we give you. We also recommend www.oscommerce.com as another very powerful shopping cart application.

3) Insiderhosting.com has been a registered business with the State of California for over 8 months, but we have been involved in the hosting industry for a lot longer. I have personally been involved for over 2 1/2 years. Our techs range from brand new to over 3 years and our server admin over 10 years directly involved in the hosting business.

4) Agora Shopping Cart

5) The size of your mysql database counts against the size of your available disk space, so we do not limit it in that regard where it has it's own limit set by us. The limit is more set by you depending on what package you order.

6) Yes

7) It really depends on where you live, we have our own merchant account, so we can make a great recommendation for www.echo-inc.com but that is only if you live in the US. If you live in another country we also can make another recommendation, but we will need to know where.

I tried that out and I get "The page cannot be displayed" after I enter in the required fields. It appears to send the data, and then nothing else happens. There's no note of it that the directory was even setup when I look via FTP.

Yes we are aware of this bug in our cpanel theme, but if you go into your WHM and modify the theme to bluelagoon or anything but ihpanel, and hostingpanel then you will be able to setup the agora shopping cart. Then you can switch the theme back to ihpanel. It seems as though the development for this theme is severely lacking now from the developers as we and many others have multiple requests in for them to update the skin. Once we find out any info, we will pass that information on.

I'm pretty sure you guys are going to have to change the theme for my main account, as I cannot change anything to it via the WHM.
