One "program" I have been looking into is "Site Builder" (http://psoft.net/SS/site_studio_info.html). Since the basic license is $150 for 100 users, I am not sure if other "resellers" out there would be interested in pooling in money to be able to purchase and the basic license and then at any time, the cost to add users to the package is: $1.50 per user.
Not sure how this would work, but alternatively, if insiderhosting were to have a program like this, I would be more than willing to pay some extra dough to have this feature available to me and my clients......

Actually you posted this in the perfect forum. How many others would be interested in this type of product. I would just like to guage the interest before we spent a lot of time looking at this product and similar ones.

I wouldn't be interested as experience shows that these 'site building' tools can be very troublesome. The demo they have has already given me two JavaScript errors during about ten clicks. Also client stupidity often means you are running around fixing peoples pages for them.
I have made several templated sites where the user can edit text and colours, my own system is far more 'stupid proof' and the sites produced are unique to my company and offer something different.
When my new site goes live one 'angle' I am using as a selling point is that all my sites are XHTML compliant, search engine optimised and aren't crammed with redundant table tags, CSS-P is the preferred choice. Also for navigation using CSS for non image rollovers and disjointed rollovers is the way to go. These programs like site bulider spue out bloated code far worse than DW or even FP.
Sorry guys I wouldn't be interested and wouldn't wish to contribute, just my own personal opinion of course :)

Have you looked at http://www.webedpro.com/ ? More expensive but a better product IMHO and they have a PHP version as well as Perl.

I would also be interested in something along those lines, all though having templates available to my clients might be a neat way to go as well. Will have to see which way I want to go.

I don't have clients, but something like this would be nice to have for non-resellers too for times when I'm not at my own computer.
It must create valid and semantic XHTML styles with CSS tho... otherwise, it's useless...

Hello all,
I am wondering if this ever got anywhere. I have a couple of clients looking for an easy way to create web pages and I would love to offer something like this to them.
