Question Regarding Payment(s)

It's coming closer to when I have to make my first monthly payment to IH. I don't believe I have come across anything that says exactly how I make each monthly payment. Whether it be deducted off of the credit card we used to sign up with, or there is a separate form that we have to fill out.

Could someone enlighten me as to how it's done?

Hi Chris,

Since you paid by credit card when you signed up, IH will charge that card for the monthly payment. I don't know if they send a receipt or not as I'm just approaching the end of my first month with IH as well.

As far as the post in the wrong forum goes....it's not a big deal...a moderator will move it if they feel its necessary.

As Eric accurately stated, we will charge your credit card every month for the hosting package(s) that you have with us. This is a completely automated system and billing and invoices are sent out on the first of the every month. You don't need to do anything as all you need to do is sit back, relax, and enjoy. You will receive a total of two e-mails from us on the first of the month. One states that your invoice has been generated by us, it will give you the
Total Due:
Due Date:
Your payment type is: CC Batch
and how to login to our real time online billing manager.

The second e-mail that you will receive is simply on that says ..... Dear Client,
Your invoice XX in the amount of $XX.XX has been processed and declined,

or something that says

Your invoice XX in the amount of $XX.XX has been processed and approved.... (we like this one better)

Just a quick note to let everyone know that the billing batch was run early today, so you should all have received your invoices. You can also login to view your invoices in real time by visiting https://secure.insiderhosting.com/billing/ and login with the e-mail address you used at signup as well as your password.

I also logged into the billing system and it is pretty darn cool :cool:
