I'm just posting because I've been unable to get a response to my requests for support. I first wrote in on Feb 28, got a response on March 5 to say that it was being looked into, and nothing since then.
I realize that this is a small company & that it can take time to triage support requests and get to everyone, but we're on the 2nd week with no real response. Is this normal for Insider Hosting?
My most recent ticket ID is 16551 if anyone can help me with this. My replies to my tickets are going pretty much unanswered, and while I'd really like to stick with Insider Hosting, I obviously can't justify it if no one will respond to me.
