I'm reading thebook "My Job went to India (And All I got Was this Lousy Book) , 52 Ways to Save Your Job by Chad Fowler. On page 54 he says:
"One thing that I found in India that the people have really gotten right is the practice of finding a mentor" .... "In a a country like India, if I were to ask a handful of programmers, "who is your mentor?" most of them would have an answer. In the United States, they'd probably respond with 'What?'.
I'm running my webmaster services for small businesses company and my response is:
What?
