Helpdesk Migration

On Wednesday, November 9, 2005 we will be changing out the old helpdesk software (perldesk) and migrating the database to our new installation of esupport. We don't anticipate any issues as we have tested things this weekend to make sure everything goes well.

Quick note to say we're starting the migration of the helpdesk now. We expect it will be done in 2 hours time.

New helpdesk is online. https://secure.insiderhosting.com/helpdesk/

All client data was imported to the desk as well, so you should be able to see your ticket history once logged in.
