helpdesk not working

Just tried putting a helpdesk request, but when you submit it, it fails saying:

PerlDesk: Script Error

Perldesk was unable to launch due to the following errors:

Can't call method "errstr" on an undefined value at include/subs.cgi line 1978.

I just tried to submit a ticket and I am getting the same message.

I understand that IH is experiencing help desk issues. I just want to make sure that my email was rec'd in reference to email forwarding problems a client of mine is experiencing. Please send an acknowledgement.
