I'm not sure what the experience levels are with all the user's here in this community, but I wanted to share my thoughts for what they are worth.

I've dealt with numerous web hosts, and shopped for many web hosts over the years. Like most folks looking for personal services I stumbled upon this hosting company by way of a "personal" connection. I "met" Steven on another forum and decided to give his services a try. I've been with him now a few months, and so far I am very pleased, and very impressed with the prompt attention the staff has given with questions I have asked, and issues I have raised.

I hope the level of service service here can be maintained, because with all the webhosts out there, having to shop for another one is not something I would enjoy.

This forum is an example of the difference in customer service that is offered here, and that fact that many webhosts offer little customer service I am glad to have found insiderhosting.

I totally agree..Steven offered to move my sites to his servers for a period so I could still shop around for webhosts...I asked him could I just use his services and he was very reluctant to, because his intentions were never to get me as a client.

He offered this to me 2 times, when I was having hosting problems over a period of 6 months, and he is my "prince on the white horse" and saved me.
If anyone is questioning themselves, stop, because this is quality, I have been through half a dozen hosts, and non have compared to the support here.

Thats my thoughts, and I share your hopes that the service here is maintained.
