I couldnt find it but do you guys do money order and checks? Also I couldnt find anyway wether you guys do only yearly or monthly? If not monthly then I will have to go with some one else

Hello,
We typically don't accept checks as we've been burned by them before. Unless you want to prepay for 6 months or a year, then we can talk about it :)

Understandable the only reason I asked is because I got a short budget and no credit card account but thanks anyway. Have a good day

Hi,

I have signed up for a hosting package via HostRadius.com and made my payment online via Visa. The payment has been deducted from my bank account, but to date, I have not received any mail with my hosting account details.

I tried mailing HostRadius, but they have directed me to InsiderHosting. I tried mailing InsiderHosting many days ago and I still did not receive any reply.

Can someone help me out here?

File a ticket with the IH Support Desk (https://secure.insiderhosting.com/cgi-bin/helpdesk/pdesk.cgi). In the ticket, give them the details of your sign-up, including the date you signed up, your name, domain name, etc. I'm sure that Steven and the IH crew will get right back with you, and get this take care of. ;)

Thanks for replying =) I hope it gets resolved asap. Anyway if the IH team sees this thread, kindly refer to my support ticket call ID 14419. I've given all the transaction details inside.

Hi, I am having the same problem as sau. I signed up on the 20th of January. The payment by Visa debit card was taken from my bank account on January 22nd, and I still have not received the email that I need to transfer my domain.

I tried to file a ticket with the help desk, and I'm not able to do that either. It always says "Invalid login". What am I supposed to do?

Did you "create a new account" in the help desk system? You have to do that first before you can log in......it doesn't take any "login" info from your main hosting account......so if you haven't, then register, then go from there......
