Do the shared accounts come with shell access and access to raw logging data?

Hello Michael,
SSH is not offered by default with our hosting accounts, but if there is justification, we can work something out. You will have access to your raw logs in the control panel that we give our clients.

Not to butt in, but this can be a great thing...one less MySQL code to remember :)! it usually takes me 4 times to make sure I typed it in properly.
