[these may be really obvious questions, sorry]
I already have a domain name registered, but seeing as it's due to be renewed and I'm not happy with my current host I am planning to move over to insiderhosting.com.
So, my question is - can I renew my domain name through insiderhosting.com (and the registrar you use) instead of through my current registrar?
Also - if I choose the multiple domains package, do I sign up with the domain name I already have then add the two others once I've signed up?
Thanks.

Hi elusio,
Yes, we can transfer over the domain to our registrar as that is not a problem at all. Once you signup for the multiple domain package there is a field for you to put in your domain, just put in that domain in the field. In the comments section, put something to the effect of can you transfer this domain to your registrar, and put how long you want the domain re-registered for. We charge $15 per year for domain registrations and transfers (this includes 1 additional year of domain registration on the transfers).

I have now purchased a new domain name... as well as the one I had before. To decide on how much disk space I put aside for each domain (and to access the control panel for the new domain) do I have to set up separate accounts, or is that only if I wish to sell services to clients?
Thanks for your time... just slightly confused here;)

If you are talking about Multi-Domain hosting, you decide what you want for the main domain at the beginning, when you sign up for hosting, then you are given a WHM (web hosting manager) to designate what you want for the other domains. :)
If you want to be a reseller, well, that's a different package altogether!
Hope this helps,
Sara

Hi Elusio,
What you first need to do is create packages, so login to your webhost manager and click on the add a package link. Then put in whatever numbers you desire as long as they don't exceed your bandwidth or disk space allocation. Then once you create your package(s) you click on the create a new account link and type in the domain name, username, password, and then select the package you want to assign that account. All of your accounts will have their own control panel and share the same IP address, they will just have a different set of login information. Once your domain is resolved you can login to the account via the domain name.
