Not mistake, it happened with the cpanel update :)

PS. We're still waiting on the theme updates from the developers.

Sorry, I change the language ;) I meant the simskins, and *trix themes. The *cp themes are still waiting for the update.

I'm on Merc and logged into cPanel (Bluetrix) and notice nothing either, although a few hours ago one of the icons began having a "Fantastico" title (or maybe I just didn't notice it -- though its a broken link). The other icons still don't have any titles to distinguish what they are.

Hi Kurieuo,
keep an eye on that for the next 10-20 minutes as you will start to see text coming in under those icons. That means that the theme has been fully updated.

Actually where I was born and raised "you guys" meant a group of people, not a gender so it doesn't bother me when someone says that. It's just unusual to read it...made me feel right at home!

So now I have to change one of my cpanels to see what we're getting??? Cause you know I can't just sit around and what for the other themes to be updated.

I'm using simskins, and there's no titles next to the images for each category (eg: no text next to the email icon)

I switched one account on Jaquar to bluetrix. Saw the fantistico with inoperable link, no other words by icons which made me dizzy so I backed out QUICK.

Yep, any themes without text are still being updated. It is a two step process. First is the theme update itself, second is the language file update (which is a hint in and of itself).

Our admin and techs are working on this. We have the updates on the host server and the other servers are supposed to grab the updates. They have thus far, but for some reason it isn't grabbing the new language files. The language files place the text below the icons, etc.. We'll try to work through the night on this one, because the French, Portuguese and English (soon Spanish) languages are great.

I just went to check some stats on my site, and found no text at all (blueflash on porsche). Even though I remembered what the stats icon looked like, it didn't help, since that normally takes me to a textual list of available reports, which is now empty.

Yes, text is there. The add-on scripts is no longer there. In it's place is Fantastico which gives an error:
Not Found - The server was not able to find the document (./frontend/bluetrix/fantastico/index.php) you requested. Please check the url and try again. You might also want to report this error to your webhost.

I'm sure Steven and crew are still hard at work.

It was bluetrix on Jaquar (kywebmaster.com). The add-on scripts icon and link are not there at all.

Now there is no text except Fantastico. Even the server info is gone.

Webpanel is my default. I checked the blueflash and bluetrix and saw text only for Fantastico.

Links for POP mail access from CPanel are not working.

Yep, because the developer for some reason thought it would be smart to insert a fantastico link (competing product) and take the autoinstaller theme out on the *trix series. We've talked about it today with them and they said they should have a fix out tonight :)

I'm using the BlueCP theme on BMW. All the usual links are there, but there is no new option to change the language like I saw on the Bluetrix theme when I checked it, and there are no new scripts listed under the Add-On Scripts link, just the usual ones that were there before.

Is there supposed to be a language changer on the BlueCP theme?

Checked the Bluetrix theme, and it is still showing all images and no text except for "Fantastico".

We've also added another theme, it's called CPskins. It's a combo of blue/redcp.

I'm on BMW.

BlueCP works fine, shows all the new scripts, but no link to change language.

Changed theme to CPSkins. Change was successful, no errors.
- Checked for the language change link - it was there (I didn't try changing the language though).
- Went through all the color selections - all changed successfully without error.
- Went to change back to BlueCP, but that isn't an option in this one - there are only 5 themes to change to from CPSkins - CPSkins, SimSkins, BlueTrix, RedTrix, and X2. (Looks like I'll have to change it back to BlueCP in the WHM.)
- CPSkins shows all new scripts. Fantastico link is there, but comes up 404.
- Under Stats, there is only 1 link for the Webalizer stats, which leads to the site stats - there are no FTP stats available. All other stats links are there.

Tried to change the theme to BlueTrix, RedTrix, and X2. Got the same errors. In each case, the theme never changed, so I wasn't able to test those for you...sorry :(

Cpskins is the new theme. You guys are fast :) Don't try to change from it just yet. We have to do some backend changes to make sure that you can change it without errors.

Is there any update on this "cpanel update"?

Am still having the following issues with CPSkins theme on BMW:

- Fantastico link is there, but comes up 404.

This probably isn't the *greatest* of places to put this, but I found a REALLY annoying bug with cPanel.

Their File Editor apparently transforms ampersands (&'s) into &
Now. That's bad enough as it is, but if you save a file with &, it's turns into & and will continue to morph every single time you save it without modification.
If it's not when you save it, it may be when you edit it. It actually seems that the file opening parser may be doing it.


Another one. Everytime you save, it adds a newline on the end of the file.
That's very bad.


I'd request that you guys look into the issue a bit more and file a ticket if need be. Thanks :).

Hmmm. The IP Deny Manager (cPanel -> X2 skin) doesn't have any text for me (Mercedes).

The form buttons are blank, and there's no text on the page.
