Open "My Network Places".
Click "Add a network place" in the common tasks sidebar under "Network tasks".
Click the "Next" button on the Add Network Place dialog box.
Wait an inordinately long time for no apparent reason while a little progress meter tricks you into thinking that Windows is doing something.
Click "choose another network location" then click the "Next" button. Type in your FTP address in the form "ftp://ftp.yoursite.com" (you got this information in your InsiderHosting.com welcome email) and click the "Next" button.
Remove the checkmark from the box next to "Log on anonymously" and type your FTP username in the "User name" box then click the "Next" button.
Type in a name for your FTP shortcut and click the "Next" button.
Click the "Finish" button. Your FTP site will now open and prompt for your password. Enter your password.
Navigate the FTP site as you would a local folder. Just drag and drop your files into the FTP window.

It doesn't support ftp usernames in "user@yourdomain.com" format, so only the main account can use this :(

yeah...
SmartFTP is what I recommend to all my subdomain people
the want something free to use, because of the double @, or+
that needs to be used.

Indeed. I use SmartFTP (http://www.smartftp.com/) myself.

I also like FileZilla (http://filezilla.sf.net/). It's free too.
