I moved from Cyber Wings (http://www.cyberwings.com), whom I'm still waiting for a refund from after 4 and a half months. I've obviously been with Insider Hosting for about 5 months now.
There's really nothing that I can complain about. Sure, some of you maybe thinking that I was paid by IH to say this, but all jokes aside, I don't think you can find better customer support out there simply because it cannot get any better.
Whatever time of day you go to ask a question, you will always get a reply within a reasonable time. The longest that I have ever had to wait for a reply is 15 minutes as opposed to the week at my old host.
Servers are fast, servers are always reliable, servers are secure, and the customer support is always there ready to answer any question, even questions like "where can I get a football helmet filled with cottage cheese?".
You can call me a happy customer. I honestly have nothing to complain about.
Two thumbs up to Insider Hosting for a job well done, and a job continued to be done well.
