What more can one want? I found insider hosting at 2 o'clock in the morning after a four month search for "the right reseller host" to which I could move my hosting clients after a year and a half of hosting them at a provider I felt I had outgrown.

Initially I was impressed by Steven's handling at webhostingtalk.com of what seemed to me a delicate situation regarding a business proposal gone sour. I was so impressed by his professional, non-judgemental attitude after getting double crossed, that I decided to inquire about his reseller packages.

My initial Email was sent at 2:13 AM. Steven's reply was received at 2:32 AM.

A few Emails and a phone call followed, and by 3:18 AM, I signed up.

I have to say in retrospect, that the initial communication with insiderhosting.com is probably the longest I have ever had to wait to get anything done there.

I feel safe at insiderhosting.com, and don't mind sharing my positive experiences with the world at large...

Thanks Steven and Tal, who have, between the two of you, always solved any problem quickly, professionally and with a sense of humanity missing at too many other companies.
