POP e-mail

I have a problem when trying to order an account at Hostradius. I enter my e-mail address [carlolaitano@gmx.net] yet it does not allow me to use that. It says it is a "free" e-mail address and not a real POP account, when in fact it is. Can someone please help? I have sent an e-mail to sales at Hostradius; That was yesterday, but I still have no response.

Thanks for the post. Do you have any other email addresses you can use other than yahoo or hotmail or the gmx.net account? If so, try one of those. If not, just email our sales staff (Insiderhosting) and we'll setup the account manually.

We respond to all emails, so try to resend it again if you have other questions.
