I just registered a new domain through IH and was wondering why you guys use two different interfaces for the domain management? Is it posible to manage all my domains in one place instead of two? Its not a big deal just a random question...
thanks

Actually Ed, we are going to most likely migrate all new domain registrations to the newest account that you have for domain registration. They just provide more features than OpenSRS does at this time.
You are the first to have experienced this.

I like being first: (uneducated opinion to follow)
My thoughts on the new manager is that it is damn slick looking. Besides that it seems to be more straight forward than OpenSRS. It doesnt try to impress you with extra features that will never get used. Everything that you need is on the front page. It is also nice to be able to check domain names from the login page.
So can I get my other two domains moved to the new domain manager with my newly registered domain or do I have to wait until I renew them next year?
btw sholdnt the insiderhosting servers be listed under 'hosts'?

ps should we post the link for everyone else? I didn't see the link anywhere else on the site.

Ed,
Glad you like the slickness of it. We just wanted a no frills type of interface, and hopefully we have accomplished that. We will possibly throw in a couple more features that people will use. As far as getting those other two domains, you will have to wait till next year, but hey patience is a virtue :) . You will see that we are listed under the nameservers section if you click on the nameservers link.
Glad you like it, so you think that we should put all new clients on that interface?

I would highly suggest that you move all the new clients there. Besides the aesthetic(sp?) value of the interface I think people will be please with how simple and straight the features are.
So I take it its pretty stable or else you wouldnt be using it here.
Have you set up a demo account similar to the cpanel demo you have or am i just getting way ahead here?

We have a demo, don't we always, but we will release it when we can make sure that it is fully static, as that takes a while to make.
