Other ImageMagick modules - path

I tried to use the helpdesk but it kept telling me my password or username were wrong - the errors weren't consistent.

I need the Image:convert and Image:identify modules of imagemagick to be installed, pretty please. Or, if they are, I need to know the path.

Also, how do I use the variations of the control panel. I've seen the demos but can't figure out how to change mine.

If those are in the default install of imagemagick then they are already installed which I believe that they are. Just check your paths. Also if you want a skin, submit that ticket and let us know which one you want us to switch your account to.
