Dear InsiderHosting,

About two nights ago I had bought a Personal Multiple Domain plan, paid by credit card, and I immediately got a receipt saying that I should get login details within 24 hours.

Over 24 hours had passed but I still didn't get my login details, so I talked to InsiderSupport on AIM, who told me that since I'm from Malaysia my payment is being looked into, hence the delay. I was asked to send identification (I sent in scans of my identity card) to help them in the process.

How long would it take for my order to be processed? I hope it'll be soon; I can assure you I, and my dad (who's paying) am legitimate.

Thanks,

Sincerely,
Tiara Shafiq

Usually most hosts check cc payment carefully when they are from some Asian countries, don't know whether this is your case.

This is not the problem of the hosts but many lessons teach them to be careful, the innocents are badly affect by the actions of many bad people from those areas.

I personnally thinks that it is because of percentages, as not many clients are Asians, only a handfull of bad people would make a high percentage and thus stands out. I am sure numbers wise there are more bad N American clients than bad Asian Clients. Just some of my guesses, personnaly have no experience with this.

If you are innocent, wait or send an email to Insiderhosting.
It is worth waiting for the service here.

P.S. Are you from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johore?

For orders from Malayasia we wait until the money is deposited into our account before setting up the order, simply because banks work a little differently there. We also do it to protect ourselves from fraud, as fraud is very prevalent (sad to say) in that part of the world. We wish that we could setup accounts in our normal time which is anywhere from 10 minutes to 4 hours depending on some factors like did all the information match, AVS, etc, but your account was setup and you have been emailed. Thanks for being patient.
