We would like to know what people think of Insiderhosting.com's site design, what you like, what you don't like, etc...
We welcome your responses.

Overall, I really like the design, it's easy to navigate and isn't slowed down by tons of applets or graphics.
There are a few things though that you may want to know about.
On this page: Contact (http://www.insiderhosting.com/contact.html) the .gif at the bottom of the page is missing. The talk to us one. :)
When I click on domains on the bottom menu, this page is no longer active: http://www.insiderhosting.com/cgi-bin/opensrs/manage.cgi Maybe you could remove that link then?
Why do you have the order plans link opening up in a new window? Is there a reason for this? Just wondering, not complaining. :)
Also, on the contact page, why is the knowledge base there? You should have it as it's own link on the bottom or attach it somehow to the TOS.
I love y'all, you know that... :)

Thanks Sara,
I accidentally modified an old version of the contact page, that is why you saw the broken link, and the 404 on the domains page. I have corrected this page and re-uploaded and all is well.
The reason why we have the order page in the new window is that so users can double check on the package that they want to order. This way they can see exactly what they are ordering, it's better than hitting the back button in our opinion.
