Hi,
Cant seem to post on the restricted 'multi-hosting' forum...so pardon me for posting this query here...
Q: to whom should i refer to (as in email address) to increase the storage and transfer limit of my multi-host account?
Hope someone can help me.
Thanks a million~!

A: Try submitting a trouble ticket at the Help Desk (https://secure.insiderhosting.com/cgi-bin/helpdesk/pdesk.cgi) regarding the need for more space and bandwidth for your account.
Also, someone (IE: One of the moderators) should "hook you up" with the right permissions to access that forum within a few minutes of them reading your post.

Thanks a lot, Chris! :D ;)
Hi Epsilon, looks like Steven responded to your helpdesk ticket a couple of hours ago. :) I have also enabled you to access the multiple domain/reseller restricted forum.

I have set up a new email account via control panel say, aaa@mydomain.com.
The problem is: when a mail is sent to aaa@mydomain.com, the mail ended up in my main account mailbox instead.
Anyone care to help? Thanks~!

epsilon,
Ok, let's use my example. You have setup and email account for steven@domain.com . Now you are saying that when an email is sent to steven@domain.com the mail is going into your main account, instead of going to the steven@domain.com account correct?

Epsilon,
Then submit a helpdesk (https://secure.insiderhosting.com/cgi-bin/helpdesk/pdesk.cgi) ticket as support issues won't be carried out on the forums.
